We naturally want to be kings of our own world, but Jesus taught us to pray ‘Your kingdom come, Your will be done.’ This prayer challenges us to surrender our control and recognize that prayer is responding to God, not just making requests. Jesus invites us to move from happiness-chasing to meaningful living; to “take off our crown” and allow him to be king. Pastor Nate continues our series, “Teach Us to Pray.”
