This week, he teaches from perhaps the most popular of Jesus’ stories, the Good Samaritan (Luke 10). But until we understand just how “not good” Samaritans were in the eyes of 1st century Jews, we’ll miss his intended meaning; and we’ll also miss him and the life he’s inviting us into.
